Shipping policy

Shipping

We ship anywhere in Canada and the United States (US) through Canada Post. We offer the following shipping methods:

  • Standard mail (not tracked): most economical as it uses a regular stamp, no tracking is available.
  • Registered mail (tracked): provides tracking, so you'll know where your package is along the way.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $30 CAD.

Processing time ranges from 2-3 business days, and up to 5 business days during the Holiday Season. This is in addition to the shipping time displayed at checkout depending on the location.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, Canada Post may experience shipping delays that are out of our control. Please plan accordingly if your order is time-sensitive. Thanks for your patience in advance.

Shipping Offsetting

In an effort to be kind to the environment, orders come with certified carbon offsets to make all shipments carbon neutral.

Our shipping offsetting is currently funding the Jarí Para Forest Conservation Project in the Amazon Rainforest. Learn more at https://pachama.com/explorer
